Total Health Connection Policies and Procedures
These policies are put in place to help ensure that each of our patients has the best visit possible.
Due to the fact that our typical adjustment slots are only 15 minutes long, patients who are 8 minutes or more late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule. This is out of courtesy to all of our other patients.
Drop In Policy:
Adjustments/visits are available by appointment only. We do NOT accept walk-ins. Attempted walk-ins will be refused or charged a “short notice” fee.
All payments/copay amounts are due at the time of service. We accept cards and checks. We can also accept cash but ONLY if it is exact change.
